During a dinner together we share the desire to change our lives.

After months of research we fall in love with a hill with a semi-abandoned vineyards on the Berici hills.

The Siemàn project was born.

Our history

2014

The restructuring of the cellar and the old ones vineyards begins.

We plant the new vineyards of native varieties only. We harvest for the first time, we produce the first wines obtained from spontaneous fermentations.

2017

Respecting the territory and sustainability we plant a white berried variety in an area near the wood.

This is an important year. The desire to experiment and innovate was born in the new brewery, which joins the cellar. From the very beginning we produce exclusively mixed and spontaneously fermented beers.

2016

Sistemiamo la parte più alta della collina, la nostra cru, e piantiamo, quasi per sfida, il pinot nero.

2021

We also begin to renew the old house near the cellar. It’s an opportunity to welcome people to let them knowing our experience and our working passion.

2023

Finally we finish the work in the house. Furthermore we refine ideas and thoughts on wine and beers … stay tuned!
